Day 1. Lima

Arrive into the capital city of Lima, private transport to your hotel.

Day 2. Lima City Tour

Visit the main sites of this fascinating city that is a microcosm of Peru's varied cultures and people. Alternatively ask about our off-beat Pucusana trip to see a traditional fishing village and bird and sea life.

Day 3. Arequipa Tour

Fly to the Arequipa. Afternoon tour of this beautiful city, known as the White City because of its grand colonial buildings made out of the local white volcanic stone.

Day 4. Colca Canyon

Drive to Colca Canyon through Andean high planes or Altiplano. Here you may see herds of Vicunas grazing, the smallest of the cameloid family. Fantastic, stunning high altitude scenery.

Day 5. Condors Cross

Visit Cruz del Condor; one of the best places on earth to observe the mighty Condor in flight. Discover the stunning Colca Canyon; the deepest canyon in the world. Continue onto Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Day 6. Lake Titicaca Tour

Full day on Lake Titicaca visiting the unique floating Uros Islands then onto the beautiful and unique island of Taquile where life has changed little since Inca times.

Day 7. Cusco

Tour to Cusco across the high plains with stops at ancient ruins and magnificent viewpoints along the way.

Day 8. Cusco City Tour

Discover Cusco's blend of Inca and Colonial history at the fortress of Saxayhuaman, the important Cathedral and 'gold palace' Koricancha.

Day 9. The Sacred Valley

Visit the highlights of the Sacred Valley of the Incas and discover the importance of this valley in the history of the region. Try out your bargaining skills at Pisac's colourful traditional market. Afternoon train to Aguas Calientes, the town below Machu Picchu.

Day 10. Machu Picchu Tour

Explore Machu Picchu with an expert local guide, afterwards you are free to enjoy some free time before returning to Cuzco on an afternoon train.

Day 11. Free Day Cusco

Cusco is such a fun and interesting city it is well worth a second day to visit one of the many museums and galleries, shop for crafts or wander the cobbled streets of the San Blas district.

Day 12. Fly Home

We take you to the airport for your flight to Lima and home.
