Day 1. Rio de Janeiro
Arrive into Rio de Janeiro, transfer to your hotel near Ipanema or Copacabana beach.
Day 2. Rio de Janeiro Tour
See the beauty of Rio from Sugar Loaf mountain then spend the day soaking up the atmosphere of Brazilian beach life.
Day 3. Pantanal
Transfer to airport for your flight to Cuiaba and your all inclusive eco lodge package. Your program at the isolated lodge begins in the evening with stunning sunset views and a night trek.
Day 4. Pantanal
A full day of nature spotting with your expert guide including trips by boat and on horseback to spot anteaters, macaw, otters, deer and much much more.
Day 5. Pantanal
You will be amazed at the abundance of wild animals and birds that you can see in the Pantanal inlcluding caiman, monkeys, foxes, toucan...or how about a spot of piranha fishing? Your lodge is comfortable with air conditioned rooms and locally produced food.
Day 6. Rio de Janeiro
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Rio de Janeiro. Optional traditional Brazilian night with show and dinner.
Day 7. Iguacu Falls
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguassu. Transfer to your hotel before visiting the Argentinian side of the waterfalls. On this side of the falls you can get right up close to the water on the many walkways, known as cataratas. One of these takes you to the the Devil's Throat which pounds your eardrums as you can only gaze in awe at its size and power. Take a short boat trip right into the waterfalls for a good soaking.
Day 8. Iguacu
Morning visit to the Brazilian side of Iguassu falls. This side offers a panoramic view over the entire area and jungle beyond giving you an appreciation of the enormity of this continent and all its treasures.
Day 9. Rio de Janeiro
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Rio, connect with ongoing flight. If you need another night in Rio please just ask and we can organize that for you.
