Day 1. Panama City

Arrive into the city of Panama, private transport to your hotel.

Day 2. Panama City and Portobello

This morning you will take a restored 19th century train to the World Heritage fortress town of Portobello where you can relive the lives of pirates. In the afternoon there is the option to zip line your way through the rainforest canopy.

Day 3. Panama Canal

Boat tour of the Panama Canal to see the huge, complex feat of engineering in action.

Day 4. Soberania National Park

Canoe ride upriver to the Soberania National Park where you can look out for monkeys, sloths and the Harpy Eagle amoung many other birds and animals. You will spend time with the local Indian community and learn how they have lived for centuries in harmony with the rainforest.

Day 5. Bocas del Toro Islands

Fly to the idyllic Caribbean paradise of Bocas del Toro.

Day 6. Island Tour

Full day trip around the islands and beaches of Bocas del Toro by boat and on foot. Today's tour includes a visit to a Dolphin colony, a hike through the forest and the opportunity to snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

Day 7. Free Day for Activities or Relaxation

Today you have the chance to surf on some of the best breaks in Central America. Alternatively you can snorkel, dive or simply relax and enjoy the last day of your Panama trip.

Day 8. Fly Home

Transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
