- Our itinerary was very detailed and well organized.

- When we needed to speak with a local rep, we actually got a LIVE person on the phone!

The main highlight of our Chile leg was an excursion into Torres Del Paine. We had learned someone started a fire and it was out of control. Despite our disappointment, we were well informed throughout until they officially evacuated visitors and closed down the park. Thinking it was a total loss, we were extremely pleased and impressed when we got a a refund for that part of the excursion.
